The waffles had different flavors so that our customer can choose what they want to eat.
Price: We used penetration as our pricing strategy.

Product:
Pizza and Mango Tapioca

Pricing Strategy:
The pricing strategy that I would use to gain more revenue is Psychological. And in order to carry this out, I would sell promo pizzas that are “buy three, get one free.” Not only would this persuade the customers into thinking they have gained a free pizza for the price of three, but the customers who purchase this promo would also buy more in terms of quantity; thus, letting me swiftly generate more revenue. In addition to this, I would also sell my mango tapioca in a “barkada promo” wherein if people would buy six bottles or servings of my mango tapioca, they would get 3 percent off

Place:
The location where I would sell my products would be at my store located beside our house. What makes this place prone to customers is that it is located beside a church, community hospital, town hall, and as well as right in front of a school. There are many potential markets present in this location. That is why if I play my cards right, my business would be able to grow and flourish.

Promotion:
In order to promote my products, I would install a big tarpaulin that includes the products sold and the ongoing promos beside the store. Moreover, I would also ask my mother to promote my business on her Facebook account since she has over 4,500 friends. This would help my business in gaining brand exposure.

Product: Siomai Rice

Pricing Strategy: The pricing strategy the I would probable used is the Penetration strategy. It is due to the fact the having this strategy would create brand loyalty among consumer and it would capture the market interest as there a lot of competitors in this industry, making them purcharse the said product at a low price. Upon such brand loyalty, I would then somehow increase the price with innovative products.

Place: The aforementioned product wil be sold in the streets of Ozamiz or near schools as students would most likely embrace this kind of product; for instance, they are looking for budget meal then Siomai Rice would fit their interest. Also, the environment of the business should be customer friendly, like clean and spacious environment.

Promotion: One of the marketing strategy that the business will comply is the Social Media Marketing as this would create awareness and introduction to the potential market especially that social media platforms is widely accessible for everyone. In addition, Physical Marketing would be used during the process and would have such promotional tools like tarpulin in the actual physical store.
