Jay - to plan how BAs can help run some of the sessions and help write some scripts 

@nick - ensure all critical stories are being met in pilot. E.g. everything related to billing & invoices. To create new sale, bill them, receive and report on them - tax needs to be completed

ALL - Forward plan as much as possible, think ahead about scenarios and spread of different types of scenarios.
