I always think that the astrologer would wear a big fabric-like headpiece that would reduce his customer’s suspicion. Appearance could indicate how real someone is because first impressions are important. It said in it page 9 that he’s under the tamarind tree and I can’t find any tamarind tree in the map so I just imagined that the tree would be near a road where people walk past as he would want to try to attract customers. I have searched through the chapter and I didn’t find anything about him in a tent. So, I imagined him sitting down, legs crossed, on a mat with his items. The first thing you might notice is the heart monitor in the middle. Starting from the left, the heart beats normally, then in the middle, the heartbeat line forms an open letter and then it turns into a straight line. The straight line in the heart monitor represents the death of Ramanujam's uncle, his father's brother. Following the pattern of the heart beat, in the left, you can see a dove and 2 rings on a table. These things represent the wedding of Ramanujam's daughter and how happy things were until the letter opened. They now knew that Ramanujam's uncle died and now there's a basket of lilies on the chair on the right. Lilies are one of the type of flowers that you see in funerals.
