         <title>The Arizona Institute for Autism</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mission:<br><br>The Arizona Institute for Autism is a local agency that provides support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The agency works with paraprofessionals, clinicians, and teachers in order to address the behavior and educational needs of the children. <br><br>The AIA specializes in two specific services: <br><br>ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy and Social Skills Groups. ABA therapy is a behavior intervention program that utilizes data and Discrete Trial Training in order to target behaviors and encourage independence.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Mission:<br><br>Raising Special Kids is a nonprofit organization based out of Arizona. There are 3 locations: Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma. Raising Special Kids provides free support and guidance to the parents of children with disabilities. The professionals at RSK provide aid specifically for parents or guardians of children with Autism. <br><br>Programs:<br>1. Parents or guardians are provided with free training and individualized support that improves their ability to effectively advocate for their child. <br><br>2. RSK holds frequent Autism related educational workshops for parents. <br><br>3. Services are available for individuals from birth through adulthood. <br><br><br>Programs:<br>1. CARD implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy; this is a data driven program that consists of a systematic intervention that target the social and emotional needs of the child. <br><br>2.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The Specializing in the Education of Exceptional Kids organization provides research backed services to specifically aid children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Their desire to strengthen families by providing them with critical resources.<br><br>Programs:<br>SEEK provides a large range of services, such as professional therapy supports, behavior health supports, center-based services, and professional development. For children with Autism, seek offers<br><br>1. Early Intensive Behavior Intervention. This program is designed to intervene very early on in order to target skill acquisition, problem behaviors, and cognitive development. <br><br>2. Occupational Therapy. These programs aid children in setting and achieving social and physical goals. The ultimate goal of this therapy is for the child to become equipped with the skills necessary to successfully live and operate independently.
