I feel as a district we have made steps in providing such a plan but we aren't there yet. These maps bring us even closer to laying out what the expectations are for each grade level. I also think that we need to ensure that all elementary teachers feel informed and heard in the process as we make change to curriculum. Over the past few years many changes have been made, and it feels like less input has been given by fewer people....as well as less explanation/time to digest changes has been provided.
