Evidence 1 - about me
1. Explain the activity? Delivered a tiktok to the group about me and talked about my life and hobbies and interests i have and my future career path and got asked questions after and answered
2. What went well? I was confident and the tiktok was clear and easy to gather information on me.
3. What would you improve on reflection? I would add more information about things about me such as certain favourites like animals.
Evidence 2 - enrolment
1. Explain the activity. I enrolled at college for Public Service Level 3 and enrolled and was allowed to join the course.
2. What went well? I did well in GSCEs so was allowed to join the course with ease and no queries about my grades and my future.
3. What would you improve on reflection? Talk more about the course to get more details before i enrolled and asked any questions to straighten out what my course would be like
Evidence 3 - Pet Shop
1. Explain the activity.I work in a pet shop and do maintenance with all the animals and able to look after and provide customers with things they may need such as live food.
2. What went well?I am confident with things i need to do and have a good understanding on basic care for lots of animals such as snakes and other reptiles and turn up consistent.
3. What would you improve on reflection?Learn where more things are in the shop and build better relationships with customers and also learn how to care for more complex animals and give more advice to people.

Resilience

Evidence 1-
Explain the activity- I put extra work in when assignements were due as i had many points to reach before the deadline in CSI
What went well- I finished before my deadline reaching all the points i could have reached then getting a distinction in my work so the extra work paid off
What could be improved- Do work more consistently so i would have less workload to do at one time so i would reach the deadline quicker

Evidence 2 - Exam
explain the activity- Had a mock exam before the real one and revised in between towards my main exam
what went well- I learned some topics which helped in my exam to answer questions
what could have been improved- Some things on the exam i struggled with so i could have done more work and been more resilient.
Evidence 3 - Sports
Explain the activity- I took part in a football tournament at the last minute with no warming up or training
what went well- My team won a game after losing because we stuck with our plan and was resilient and kept on trying and won
what could be improved - We could have tried harder at times to win other games and stick together from the start

Teamwork

Evidence 1- scavenger hunt
explain the activity- Scavenger hunt for teamwork and communication this was when a group of 5 people had a list of things to complete for example get an example create something as a team
What went well- We completed all the objectives on the list and ensured we did it as a team to make sure we did it right and got verification
what could be improved- As a team we couldve completed things quicker and finished before everyone else and been more initiative

Evidence 2- Army
explain the activity- We had activities to complete such as crossing a bridge with little space and not enough materials to move so we had to work together to come up with an idea to get to the other side
what went well - Some people crossed to the other side but not everyone made it
what could be improved- We could have a better plan to get everyone across in a better system

Evidence 3 - CSI
explain the activity - we had to walk in a group to find an object for a search like a real life scenario and walk in a line search to stay in line as a team
what went well - We found some props which could've helped a case in a real scenario by using team work.
what could have gone better- communication could have gone better as some people weren't staying in the line at the same time.

Sustainability

Evidence 1 - Recycle
Explain the activity- I recycle bottles after use and put them in the correct bins around campus for recycling and dont out it in the general waste.
What went well- I have prevented bottles going to landfill and less toxins in the atmosphere and can be reused
what could be improved - I could recycle more while at home and try to recycle more items such as tin cans

Evidence 2 - Public Transport
Explain the activity- I use the bus every time i go to college and go to work instead of using my own transport.
What went well- Im consistent at using this transport so this releases less carbon as im using a communal bus.
What could be improved- I could not use my personal transport as much and if available to walk around this would be a carbon free way of being sustainable

Evidence 3 - I attended a session on recycling in my tutorial lesson.

Explain the activity- A speaker came into the lesson and talked about sustainability and recycling and learned.
What went well- I learned a 3 part system reuse reduce and recycle and a poster to record this information which taught me what to do.
What could be improved- There could be more practical to show how to be sustainable in real life instead of it being all theory

Reliability

Evidence 1- One evidence i have is that i have excellent attendence and turn up to college on time for over a year this shows im reliable and willing to show up

Evidence 2 - another piece of evidence that shows im reliable is assignments i have handed assignments on time and not late

motivation

evidence- one time i showed motivation was when i woke up for college every day and be on time as well as being motivated to hand my assignments on time.

evidence - another time i showed motivation is turning up to work and staying at the same place of work for 2 years and then i work long hours which shows my motivation to work

evidence 3 - i played a sport for 3 years playing rugby this shows motivation as i turned up every week as well as this as a team we lost numerous games but still turned up every week to play this shows motivation

work experience

one thing i do is serve people i deal with selling live good and livestock one thing that went well is that i manage to give advice and eal with rush hour as well as completing jobs what could be better i could get a greater variety of knowledge to help further in managing work to improve.

another thing ive done is help clean up this is general cleaning up for example hoovering as well as cleaning up after livestock and maintaining.What goes well is that stuff is maintained and looked after well one thing that could go better is that i could more cleaning and take on more roles.

One thing that ive done at work is communication and listening i do this when speaking to different people such as staff when given order to do tasks and responding. What could be better i could be more outgoing and speak louder and more clear communicating.
