Crip Initiations

These are events prior to the public facing Crip Happenings.

These included the Crip Visuals workshop we hosted in week 4, the Crip Craft workshop, and all the Crip Meets.

The intentions of these meetings are to create an environment for play and exploration in a social setting, to begin visiting as a group where the project might lead to.

This project was already slightly in motion, having booked out the space prior to the first crip meet.

Crip Happenings (AKA !CRIP! week at the fish factory gallery)

The Crip Happenings will take place at the Fish Factory Gallery in penryn from the 7th to the 11th of November 2023.

These are the public facing interventions we shall be putting forward as a group.

This is the collision of Crip and non-Crip folks. The aim is to have these multiple expressions and exclamations of what crip means to us throughout the week.

Reflexive Crip Praxis

After the week of events at the fish factory / the crip happenings, we will conclude this project with a series of additional workshops, slower paced and non-outcome driven.

Focusing on reflecting on how the project has gone, what went well, what we'd like to do differently for upcoming projects.

Exploring Crip
