Today is my first day internship at Sri Juliana Chalet and Villa in Cameron Highlads, Pahang. I with my friend, Iffa doing the internship here. We arrived at 3:00pm and met the supervisor named Pn Hajah Rosnah Binti Bidin. She's very kind and generous 😘

Then, the supervisor give a short briefing about the company, the rules and regulation, task and responsibility that we need to do during the internship. 

Apart from that, the supervisor said our off-day is on Tuesday and Wednesday since weekend (Friday to Sunday) are holiday and it the most peak day in a weeks and our off-day will starting from the following weeks.

 After the short briefing, our supervisor took us to the hostel which is our room for the 4 months. As Pn Rosnah inform, we wil start our first day task tomorrow. Here some shot of us at Sri Juliana Chalet and Villa 😊</sub>

Today is my second day internship here. Nothing much I learnt for today. But, the supervisor bring me go throught all the guestrooms in order for me to know the room types offered at this chalet. 

Besides, I can see the arrangement or layout of fixtures in the guestrooms. I also know what of amenities and facilities provided in each rooms. I also know that, there are living hall which provide a TV with ASTRO channel and all of guests can been there.

So what I learnt is, there are five types of guestrooms which is standard room, deluxe room, quad room, connecting room, and family suite. In each of guestrooms are eqquiped with a tv, coffee sachet, toiletries, water heater, prayer mat, free Wi-Fi and others.</sub>

Yes today is recitation of Quran ceremony by my supervisor's daughter. In early morning, I was appointed to packing food as a doorgift for the guests. There include a yellow sticky rice (pulut kuning), 'rendang ayam', and omelette. 

Lot of things I experienced today. Here, I met one of well-known makeup artist in Malaysia which is Zulfazli Suhaidi. He also one of person in charge of this wedding event. I was invited as a guest but when come to the event, the wedding planner named KS Entourage asked Iffa and me to do the henna for the bride. Seriously, I'm very nervous because it was my first time do the henna for the bride in front of many people.

The actual day of the wedding event. It held at Heritage Hotel in Cameron Highlands. The event started at 8:00 pm but by 7:30 pm, I was appointed by my supervisor to manage the registeration of the guests. I have to assigned guests to their table in the ballroom. 

After end of registeration, I sat as a guest too. I can sum up that the event were very vibrant and fantastic. The event were very well-organized. While, the bride and groom were very stunning and attractive. Besides, the food and beverage are well-served by the hotel staff 👍👍

Before the event ends at 11:00 pm, the dance between families and friends held with full of life and energy All of them showed their hidden talents, including me! Hahahaha. I was surprised because one of the quad room was very disaster because of the lefovers on the table, the TV is still in switch on, and there was a littered of cigarette. The room look very dirty and it really smelly 😷 So for today, I deep cleaned the rooms by polished the wood paneling, dusted the furniture and lamps, mopped the tiles, and cleaned the rugs.</sub>

According to the members' decision, they want a steamboat and buffet concept. By looking at reviews from local and outside tourists, I was choose 'Taman Abang Buffet Steamboat and Grill' restaurant as place where the members can meet-up and dinner. The place is very nice and clean. The concept is buffet, so that people can eat as much as they can. Moreover, the price per head is reasonable compared to many steamboat restaurants in Cameron Highlands. They only charged RM35 per head and all members might eat everything, as much as possible.}
