         <description><![CDATA[<div>I helped with Graduation Ceremonies last week and one of the student orators mentioned in his speech how supportive the libraries had been to him during his course.<br>This was said in front of the Vice Chancellor and many distinguished guests and it made me feel proud!</div>]]></description>

         <title>Difficult for people at Marj to initiate or even contribute to existing tasks usually done  in Philip and in standard hours, even tasks which don&#39;t involve physical books. It is a bit frustrating when we have less and less library things to do.</title>

For example, not all have regular one-to-one catch-ups, or if they do, they are seemingly based on staff grades on who gets them. Team meetings are offered but this does not create an environment where everyone would be comfortable in voicing an opinion </title>
