Five days later, Mary Sutcliffe claimed to be attacked by a man on the evening of November 21 and others following afterwards. As the Slasher paranoia reached fever pitch, the police announced that there might be three different attackers. The case became so severe that the police called in Scotland Yard. On November 29 detective chief inspector William Salisbury and Sergeant Harry Studdard arrived from London to help with the Slasher case

The rest of the victims consisted of more sharp blades that they may have cut themselves. The entire madness started with a few young girls and mouths full of lies, which was all the Slasher was made of. Just like The Salem Witch Trials, the Slasher hysteria was all fake.
