Our first meeting began at 12:30, this was a discussion with the communications team. I then had the privilege of presenting my report; recieved feedback from colleagues. Everybody seemed to welcome my fresh ideas and they believed my work was well though out.

The 14:00 meeting consisted of current projects that were currently happening and my next steps. With Karen and Jan, we were able to decide on my next tasks:

• Research into specific SM strategy
• Research into use of terminology, being politically correct, etc (collaborate with Ryan, project support)

• CAP survey quotes- link quotes to services we run.
• Social Media- Questions that we should ask other organisations? What measures social media efficiency? How can we engage with our audience?
