Since AI is the creator of the creation, it must of course obtain rights by this definition, and if this is not done, it will be a violation of copyright law. Also, even if a person made AI, AI should have that right because it is AI that eventually created a new work through the information provided by the person. 
As AI develops and there will be more and more parts where AI rights can be recognized, I think it is necessary to recognize their rights and make AI development, and because Korea does not have any legislation or policies that are clearly organized in these areas.

Yet, I believe AI's creation cannot be protected by law. It is human that inserts data into AI and let them re-organize them. In some point of view, AI creation can be shown as an act of viloating the author's proprerty. Before we consider the technology, which has no more value than a tool, we should protect a man first. I totally agree that the law should be refined. Still, the concept of copyright is too vague to argue with. Therefore, as it is human that provides the source of creation, AI's literary productions should not be recognized as a creation.

However, I believe that there are a lot concerns related to AI LAW. Various thought leaders have raised their concerns regarding the use of AI and the damage it may cause to the human race. The current artificial intelligence laws cannot regulate the use, manufacturing, behaviour, and responsibility of AI. Although there is a need to implement regulations, how and to what extent AI should be regulated is difficult to grasp given its fast-paced development. A balance between protection and innovation will need to be found.

This is a global issue and we must address the development of AI law on a global level – we need a new universal law. During its development, it may require amendments to other laws and could result in changes to common law principles. Legal professionals must include the developers of AI in the drafting process to address the technical issues. Based on the warnings from thought leaders like Elon Musk and Bill Gates, we cannot ignore their concerns.
