         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. When students have an answers they should give a thumbs up and when asked, raise their hands to share their answer.&nbsp;<br>2. Students should have a voice level at 0 while the teacher is teaching and a voice level of 1-2 when working in small groups/rotations.&nbsp;<br>3. When students have competed work that needs to be turned in, they should place it in the Finished Work tray on the teachers desk.&nbsp;<br>4. Any off task behavior will be addressed and students will be held accountable for their actions.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
