         <title>How To Overcome Common Problems In eLearning</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. <strong>Adaptability of new experiences.  <br></strong><br>Switching from traditional classroom to a virtual classroom makes the learning experience different for students.However, they need to accept the new learning experiences with an open minded. Understanding the benefits of eLearning and discussing them with their friends may change this mindset and well prepared students for online classes.<br><br>2. <strong>Technical Problems.<br></strong>Some of them don not even own computers or any gadget to access the course. Many students also not provided with strong internet connection that online courses require, and thus fail to catch up with their virtual classmates. The only solution to this problem is knowing exactly what kind of technological support they will need for a certain course before attend it.<br><br>3. <strong>Computer Literacy.<br></strong>Although students are generally able to manage computers well, students nowadays have some issue such as lack of computer literacy. Many of them cannot handle basic programs such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and  because of that ,there are not able to handle their files. Basic knowledge in computer literacy will enhance students in this field. <br><br>4.  <strong>Time Management.<br></strong>As online courses require a lot of time and intensive work ,time management will play the important role. A well prepared schedule planner would help a lot to these learners, as they could even set reminders for their classes and assignments.<br><br>5. <strong>Self-Motivation.<br></strong>Self-motivation is an essential requirement for students. After enrolling in e-learning courses, many students started to give up because of difficulties in handling a learning medium. Students need to create their own motivation to follow the new educational trends. Only a positive minded will help them overcome the challenges in eLearning.</div><div> <br><br></div><div><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. <strong>Belonging to a Group</strong> <br><br> All of us need to feel part of a group, part of something more important and certainly bigger than ourselves. When we don’t perceive our standing in the group, we use a ton of thinking capacity in attempts to fit in. <br> </div><ul><li>The individuals are able to work together.</li><li>They compete with one another and in the process, try to do better.</li><li>They might work on their own, but they share goals. </li></ul><div><br>2. <strong> Ability to Express</strong> <br> Technology offers many opportunities to express what learners are feeling and experiencing via blogs, chat rooms, forums and other media. Use a mix of these tools to present the expectation of critical and analytical thought and to foster opportunities for it to occur. <br><br>3. <strong>Ability to Compete</strong> <br> </div><div>Human beings love to compete and win, particularly at games. One way to foster social learning in eLearning design is to adding game like elements to a non-game practice. Also, introducing features of competition to a course  both for teams and individual learners  and online rewards, learners will be much more motivated to pay attention and internalize the learning. If your target learners are in the corporate world, this can skyrocket level of engagement and the number of times each learner makes an attempt.<br><br></div><div>One helpful technique to bolster peer collaboration is posting questions before every exercise to measure understanding of the content, then providing results in a comparison chart.<br><br>4.   <strong>Ability to See What’s Being Learned</strong> <br><br> Learners need to see what they’re learning. For abstract or very complex topics, focus on 5-10 minute sound bites. Learners need to be able to strip away the trappings and leave with the essentials. Your content needs to be relevant, useful, practical, comprehensive. succinct, organized and engaging. <br><br>5. <strong>Excitement About Applying Learning</strong> <br> </div><div>When you’ve accomplished the first five ways to meet social learning needs, the byproduct is excitement about applying learning in the real world every day.<br><br></div><div>Wanting students to integrate their lessons into their personal lives sounds like a lofty idea. This, however, is the point of training. Don’t be content with using animation, games and multimedia for the sake of including them. These tools only have a temporary effect on a student’s motivation. <br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>1<strong>.No self-discipline</strong> <br> Proponents of e-learning claim that the main advantage of this learning method is that it is self-paced. And it’s true. If you need to watch a video again, you can. If you want to take a break from the material, you can stop and come back to it when you are feeling refreshed.<br> <br>2. <strong>No face-to-face interaction</strong> <br> While e-learning can be quite interactive these days, through the use of video conferences, webinars, and face-to-face video chat, it still isn’t the same as sitting across the room from a real person. Simply put, there is no substitute for interacting with, and learning from, a fellow human. <br><br>3. <strong>Lack of flexibility</strong> <br> E-learning can be great for learning specific skills and for knowledge that needs to be transferred. However, with more complex skills and competencies, it is incredibly difficult to put together an effective e-Learning programme. And in a business environment, these complex skills are often the most crucial.<br><br>4. <strong>Lack of input from trainers</strong> <br> E-learning is structured. When a programme is developed, it is based on what the course developers think is the right curriculum at the time. Even if you live in a community with few or no colleges ,distance learning allows you to choose from a wide variety of schools to complete your education. You may find online schools that specialize in your particular field or one that can provide a great general education a.
