In 2011, 38,000 women and 27,000 men received academic degrees and diplomas from higher education institutions. 

The share of women among recipients of academic degrees from colleges of education (82%) is significantly higher compared to other institutions of higher education (54% to 58%) 

3- How long do they go to school for? (Like what grades/what is the highest level of education on average in your country)-School attendance is mandatory from age 6 to 16 and to age 18. Formal education starts after preschool in primary school (grades 1-6) and continues with intermediate school (grades 7-9) and secondary school (grades 10-12). About nine percent of the school population post-primary attends boarding schools. For average education 46% of women aged 15 and over had an education of 13 years of schooling or more compared to 43% of men.

4-How much freedom do women have in your country? (Job types/right to vote/college/running for office?) Women can do any job, more women go to college than men. There are many women in office which means obviously they can vote.
