         <description><![CDATA[<p>Skin that is scraped against a rough surface. Initially, you should apply antiseptic cream or petroleum jelly, and then cover with a bandaid/gauze pad. You should wash the wound twice a day with clean water on the days following the incident. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A blunt force is applied over a sharp bone and it appears as a jagged edge. Clean with soap and water followed by alcohol, antibiotic ointment, and an adhesive bandage. Keep the area dry and clean for 1-2 days, and then gently wash a few times a day after. Sutures may be needed.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Wounds with smooth edges, often resulting from surgery. Clean and rinse the incision site with gentle (unscented) soap and water. In the following days, keep the area clean, change bandage often, but most importantly follow instructions from the healthcare provider since there are many different types of incisions. Most incisions involve sutures.</p>]]></description>

After removing it, wash it with clean water for at least 5-10 minutes to reduce infection. In the following days apply antibiotic cream, rewash, and but on a new bandage. Sutures are normally needed.</p>]]></description>

In the following days elevate the wound above the heart and rebandage often. Depending on the severity, sutures may be needed. </p>]]></description>
