I was asked to complete a presentation about my self. I think i did well on completing this a filling it with interesting facts about my self whilst also presenting it in a good way. However, my communication could have been better as it wasn't very direct and i was looking at the screen behind me most of the time.

Another time i had to use communication was during an interview for work. I think my communication was strong during this even though i was nervous, i had to answer questions spontaneously and did this without stuttering or getting caught on my words. Although, i did have to take a second to think of an answer some of the times which resulted in a period of silence and i think this is the main thing that i need to improve.

Coaching session

One other time i have had to use my communication skills is during a coaching session i had to lead. I think the positives of this session was my vocal skill as i made sure to project my voice to ensure everyone could hear and this also took away some of my nerves. However, again my random silences between my sentence did create a little bit of a silent moment which inevitably slowed the session. This is something i could definitely improve on especially with experience.

I was in Romania with my football and we played the best academy in the country and won. We did this by working together as a team. We went through a lot of emotions and this is something i could work on as a team mate as i did get on at my team mates during the game leading to us playing badly for a few minutes.

Another footballing moment was a cup final where we were 0-2 down and our heads were down but at halftime we worked as a team to be more positive and get us back in the game which started from me inspiring the team. Something i could of done better was encourage my team from the start however i didn't do this and instead shouted at them which is bad and something i have since worked on.

A final example of teamwork was when i went to France to play football we were coming up against really good teams and i had to play with people i've never played with before but through football we managed to win as we worked together. Something that could have been better and might of helped us was training together more before playing to get used to each other to make our team work stronger.
