I began working at Akron Children's Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) until 2021, when I switched roles and began working as an Adult Critical Care Float Nurse at Aultman Hospital.

My parents have had a huge influence on me both personally and professionally. My mom is a nurse educator and my dad is recently retired from industrial construction. My grandma has also had a huge influence on me growing up and into my adult life. She is my best friend! 

I am the youngest of 3 children. I have an older sister who is also a nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab (but I was a nurse first!!). My older brother is a mechanical engineer. My cousin is like a younger sister to me, and she is a pediatric nurse.

My boyfriend, Sam, is also a nurse, as is his sister. I enjoy baking cupcakes and cakes and practicing fun and fancy decorating. 

I enjoy handlettering crafts and appreciate the chance to indulge in creative outlets.

I love playing the piano. Playing or listening to piano music is very calming to me and a form of stress relief.
