Employers look for various key skills in their employees, they want a worker who is able to wake up and get to work on time, someone who isn't just good at their job but is also determined and willing to do their job.

Employers generally look for people with good qualifications mostly in maths & english.
Punctuality-Show up late for a job interview, and you tell employers a lot about your personality and work ethic. Being late for your scheduled interview can be an indication that you don’t pay attention to important details. It proves that you do not value others’ time. A lack of punctuality smacks of disrespect. That’s the last impression you want to leave interviewers with. Plan to arrive on the scene about 10-15 minutes before the interview. When you walk in, let whomever greets you know that you are a few minutes early. Arriving a tad early and acknowledging that you are early is a great way to stand out to employers for the right reasons. Its important to be punctual in joinery as jobs are expected to be done

Joiners and carpenters want to hire professionals who are comfortable with themselves. These professionals know who they are and what they want. They are confident, but never cocky. They are friendly, engaging and, as a result, a pleasure to be around.

employers look at a number of different things when they are looking for someone to employ. employers want an employee to be punctual, equipped for whatever job they will need to do and would like them to be in on all possible days. They do not only just look to see if you are going to turn up or be on time. The employer will also look at how qualified you are for the job. Maybe in some circumstances someone may be over qualified for the certain job and other times not qualified enough.
