         <description><![CDATA[<p>you can see in the scatter plot that the data is all over the place but there are more families with 6 people. The equation for this is y=62x+173. The slope is that 62 and the y intercept is 173, my house compares slightly above that line of best fit with 6 people in my household. Meaning my house is in that 600 range for water usage. the r2= 0.142, which is not as strong. since the error is probably high.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We can infer that the more people in a household would create the water usage to be higher. this would be a causal relationship. The confounding relationship could be bigger families will use more water than smaller families. 2 Other variables we analyzed were economic status and model of household we chose these because someones house in a smaller town would more than likely not use as much water as someone in a more suburban area with a bigger family and wealthier, and we chose the model of the house because a newer house might have things like solar panels and a low-flow faucets to protect more water usage.    There are a lot of factors into the water usage calculations because there are a lot of things you need water for and depending on how many people there are in a household. I also learned showers and pools and lawn care use a lot of water, So overall this did confirm my thoughts on water usage.The average water usage in a household can be different for many cities/states due to the fact that there are small towns with not much people and small families meaning less water being used, then there are the suburban areas where there are larger families and more water being used. There are many factors that play into the water usage such as doing the dishes, watering the lawn, taking showers/baths, washing clothes, flushing the toilet, and many more. In conclusion water usage is a big thing and can be very expensive depending on the disciplines of a household and whether or not the house is modernized or not.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I believe we can use the city data to predict the water usage for larger households. We can use the same equation as we did with the water usage of our class. And after doing some research on the amount of people in Roseville, we made the calculation 62 * 159,135 (current number of people in roseville) + 173 equals 9,866,543 which is roughly the water usage of all of Roseville.</p>]]></description>
