Yesterday. And collectively; not one-by-one. Among other actions and goals we have to increase transparency in statistics & reporting; put anonymous reporting processes in place for instances of racism and discrimination and abuse of power structures; overhaul hiring/recruitment/retention practices; increase DE&I of leadership and board; create a baseline understanding of past and present through survey and to assess progress moving forward.
