This one was the darkest picture we took even though its dark the image looks very clear.

I had the camera on the tripod in order to keep it at the same frame. When the shutter speed changes the photographs come out looking very different. When I would change the shutter speed to 1/3 the picture would come out very blurry and bright. As I changed the shutter speed to a higher number I was about to see less of a blur in each picture. When I would change it to 1/60 the photograph was more clear and it started to get darker as the number of the shutter speed was changed to a higher number. 
I would use shutter speed as a priority to take photographs of different types of pictures. I would use slow shutter speed to see how fast something is going for example, when it rains.
