When people don't speak usually, they don't want/ don't feel like they need to be included so its not really hurting them. I suppose you could call out on us more or maybe making sure we turn our cameras on but both of those aren't very good ideas. I can't really think of anything. The main reason I don't turn my camera on is lack of motivation. (I don't think its only me either) That coupled with not liking to speak in crowds, most of the class being listening, and me being here mainly for a grade(not in a mean way), I just don't like to have my camera on. I think when people enjoy school its much easier to put 200% of your effort in and simply that's not really the case for me and possibly others as well.
