         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em><mark>Self Awareness</mark></em></strong> is being aware of yourself such as your traits, behaviors, and feelings.<strong><em><mark> It is the ability to focus on yourself and only yourself.</mark></em></strong> <br><br><strong><mark>My 5 values of self awareness are </mark></strong>family, friends, sense of humor, friendliness and healthcare. <br><br><strong><mark>My 2 blind spots of self awareness are</mark></strong> not always being confident about things and getting embarrassed about certain things easily. <br><br><strong><mark>The things I can start to do to become more self aware are </mark></strong>trying new things and overcoming my 2 blind spots. I can start to be more confident and just live my life and not become so embarrassed about things.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

You will notice and change in your appetite, sleep schedule and energy level. People who experiencing depression usually have a hard time having pleasure from the things that use to make them feel good and happy inside. <br><br><strong><em><mark>3 physical signs of depression</mark></em></strong><br><strong>1. having low energy levels<br>2. body aches<br>3. ongoing headaches/migraines<br></strong><br><strong><em><mark>2 ways to cope with depression </mark></em></strong><br><strong>1. stay involved in clubs/sports/activities<br>2. stay on a specific schedule</strong><br><br><strong>How do stress and depression correlate?<br></strong>If you have chronic stressful life situations that can immediately increase the risk of having depression. That can happen if you are not trying to cope with the stress. <br><strong><br>Burn out:</strong> <strong><mark>The 3 components of burn out are exhaustion, cynicism and inefficacy</mark></strong>. Burnout causes you to have emotional exhaustion that is in response to a stress that has been going on for a while and hasn't been taken care of. You will experience something called depersonalization which is feeling detached from yourself. People who are burned out can also become depressed depending on how burned out you are and what caused you to have your burn out.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
