Project and group work provides opportunities to develop compassion, empathy and care for others. 

Exposure to difference is a chance to develop respect.

Giving students roles and responsibilities outside of school should help build respect for others.

When students fail to fulfil the commitments of CAS projects there are opportunities for reflection.
