No: Positive Globalist: Protect human rights and increase the standard of living conditions - the interstates wars decreased and fewer people die because of the UN's actions, provide many assistance, such as children's education, eliminate poverty and diseases

No: Transformationalists: The UN is not as strong in its implementation as the state, but the state is also being influenced by the UN's views. The UN, for example, has reconciled the once opposing poles of economic growth and environmental protection. Numerous environmental treaties have been concluded under the auspices of the United Nations. These initiatives have served as a good lead.

Yes: Internationalist: Failures in some countries - for example Combodia, the Congo, and the slaughter happened in Rwanda is the word-game of genocide, million people expelled from homes - UN make relatively slow actions to protect and unfulfilled promises of assistance - especially those dominated countries who have the power

Yes:
As negative globalists believe,
the UN itself is a reflection of an unfair, unequal and undemocratic global order.

At the United Nations, the vast majority of member states are marginalized. The National Assembly, which should be the most powerful institution, has lost real power and influence, and decision-making is dominated by a small number of countries.
Additionally, from the internationalist point of view , UN have disappointed its advocates because it is useless when facing the most powerful countries. For example, In Rwanda, 800,000 people were being slaughtered but the Security Council just played a word-game about this genocide. Thus, Un is unfit for its purpose and the most powerful countries are the true controller of the world.

No: The world needs to be interdependent. In a globalized world, there are no isolated countries. The existence of UN brings benefits to countries and people in the world. In 2004, for example, the World Food Program helped 113 million people cope with food insecurity and protected tens of millions of refugees from hunger.

Moreover, transformationalists also recognize the existence of the United Nations. For the rescue and improvement of the covid-19 epidemic, the Secretary-General of the United Nations launched the United Nations' comprehensive response to COVID-19 to save lives, protect society, and better recover. Provide a global response to prevent anyone from falling behind in the socio-economic, humanitarian and human rights aspects of the crisis. This is a better reconstruction process. But more importantly, countries have joined forces to actively take some countermeasures, such as popularization of vaccines and designated isolation.

No:some globalist insist that UN gave birth to a body of international law that progressively stigmatized aggression and created a strong norm against it. This indicates that UN still have a positive impact on war aspects.

Transformationalists say the UN has many worthless institutions, such as debating societies, and is vulnerable to the influence of powerful countries on important decisions,
The United Nations can effectively maintain world peace and avoid the outbreak of war. The United Nations has more executive power in peacekeeping operations

The UN had a strong moral emphasis when it was founded, stemming from the battle against fascism: the need to protect human rights and basic freedoms. However, as the UN grew in size and scope and became a truly global organization, it slid into a type of moral relativism in which it attempted to be all things to all members. As a result, the UN's track record in opposing tyrants, denouncing human rights breaches, and acting to avert genocide and other such actions is dismal.

Internationalists: The actions of the United Nations in dealing with international affairs and maintaining world peace are somewhat controversial. For example, the permanent members of the UN Security Council have the right to a "veto". When dealing with major resolutions, it is difficult to obtain the unanimous approval of two major powers at the same time. For example, China and the United States are clearly divided on the Syrian issue and never back down. Under such influence, it is difficult to achieve an end to peace issues around the world.

YES：
1. Negative globalist: The power of the UN sometimes is bigger than the countries themselves, especially some powerful members inside the UN may intervene in other countries' internal affairs. The United States as a permanent member of the United Security Council always uses its superpower against other countries with their nuclear weapons such as Syria. This may lead to some non-peaceful factors and the superpower may use their advantage to bully small countries.
2. Internationalists: the UN does not have actually power to control some countries. Such as the United States, the UN has no real power to stop the United States when it uses its power to attack other countries.

NO:
1. Globalists (positive): The United Nations is constantly promoting and stabilizing relations among countries, promoting peace worldwide, and playing an active role. No matter in economic, cultural or judicial aspects, the United Nations is constantly publicizing and asking every country to abide by all the rules and decisions of the United Nations to stabilize the peace between each country.
2. Transformationalists: the United Nations has some limitations among countries. However, in general, when two countries face economic problems or other problems, the United Nations will begin to stress the idea of peace. Then UN will help find a plan that can be acceptable between two countries to promote peace.

UN is fit for purpose:
a. There are still many global threats which make the existence of the UN necessary.
b.
