These was the 3 methods I used to engage students in the class,  but have to say that was nightmare for them at first. but now they liked it.

Zakho uni using peer teaching .

Just applying Bologna Process took time to be adapted, and still we need more time to solve the shortages that we have, and to encourage students toward the new process and Convince students that this process is designed for them designed for their benefit.

in our Department (Media) , when students take summer training for two months at TV Channels,  we have contact with the student and we support them when they have test projects at the televisions, in the result many times the students get offer form the Televisions.
