A nobel winner says that helping people from developing countries decelerate their growing.
Acording to the economist, countries that receive less aid tend to have higher growth, contrary to those that receive more aid.
This external help makes government less accountable to its people.
The governments that get all their aid money have no responsibilities at all

Now that we have seen all the above from different points of view we can conclude that each country has an obligation to have a dignified development. However, in spite of that, it can be balanced with helping other countries to promote that development as long as everything is correct.
