His name is Tommy the Spy and he looks a little like me.  He is funny but serious when he is on missions.  He likes people and takes his job too seriously to waste time being friendly.  

Today he is outside in his car on a rainy night trying to catch a thief who is planning to steal famous artwork. First, he sees the criminal go in the art gallery. Second he pulls out his binoculars and camera and begins to watch and take photos. Next he gets out of the car and gets wet to get a closer look through a window. He calls the police and agrees to be a witness. When the police come the guy says he never took art and the guy does not have any art. This is the problem. Tommy is frustrated about the criminal pretending Tommy is lying. Tommy agrees to go to court on the court day and when Tommy shows the judge his photos of the criminal stealing art the judge is now suspicious that the criminal is lying.
