Te voy a echar de menos pero me alegro por ti y este nuevo capitulo en vuestra vida. You're going to slay in your new job (obviously) and will have such an amazing time decorating your new home, exploring your new city, and making new friends. I can't wait to hear all the stories!

my favourite memory of you has nothing to do with your work. Haha.

It was some time ago, with a small group at Bockenheimer Weinkontor, when we completely forgot that we were in Germany. Where cash is still king. At the end of the evening none of us had any on hand, so we ended up frantically digging through every pocket and wallet for coins, just to scrape together enough for that last bottle of wine. It felt like being a student all over again.

Ok, I have to bring it back now a bit to work. I was always really happy to have someone on the forefront of getting Emma to be a company that starts making products based on the problems and wishes of our customers. If this will happen more and more in the future, it will give automatically so much more purpose to the work we do in the creative team. Thank you for that!

And lastly. I have no idea about your future work plans. But Hamburg is such a city upgrade. (Sorry, all Frankfurt lovers). It is by far my favourite German city (yes go away Berlin) and I always wanted to live there but never did.

It’s hard to believe how quickly time has flown - from the early days when we were just getting to know each other to now, as I write this message to say goodbye and wish you all the best in this new chapter in your career.

As Joana wrote, our team won’t be the same without you. Your thoughtfulness, confidence, and positive energy have really made a difference. You’ve been an incredible team lead - someone I could always count on, especially in tricky situations. I'm so glad that we had a chance to work together because it was a real pleasure and something that I will definitely miss.
