Completion of launch of Digital Frontline Project in HK & MC

Yesterday, JRG completed the launch of Microsoft Teams for all frontline managers and crew members.  Utilising the latest in Microsoft’s Power Platform technology, JRG was able to build digitized workflows which significantly reduces the manual and paperwork for frontline managers, and create a collaboration & coworker engagement tool for the frontline.

FAQ 1 - What are the key functions that this project brings?
For CREW : chat, translate, company announcements, gamification, pulse surveys, training, assessments, ePayslip, Rostering (Fourth), Delivery (DMS) - all accessed via Teams on their phones
For MANAGERS : User account, Cash, HR, Inventory management, QA, CS, Reports - all accessed via Teams on their tablets
