First, the system users (employees) will gather the manual inventory.  

Second, upload the manual inventory into the new system. 

Third, the system will sort the most selling items to the less selling. 

Finally, the manager should stop buying the less selling items and focus on the most.

To begin with, identify what is the current system and identify the flaws with the current system or identify the existence of the system. If the current system works but requires some modifications, the best recommendation would be scarp the project and invest into enhancing the current system. In contrast, if the system is non-existent, conduct a bit more research as to why the project is behind schedule. Next would give a final recommendation of continuing with project development since it may be of high need.

A) (Expert System), to track the bank spends and manage it needs based on the work and the systems bank using. 

 
Hasan is the director of the company that has been trying to develop a program that tracks the bad debts of the company.  The project is already BD 120,000 over the allocated budget and 10 months behind the schedule.  The project requires additional BD 60,000 and 5 months to complete. After having that much invested in the project, Hasan believes that it is worthwhile to continue with development.  What would you do?  Justify your recommendation. 

If "Hasan" is 100% sure that the system going to work and on the long term it would benefit the company he should continue working on it because on the long term the money that he spent  would be compensated  because of the earnings. But he would need to hire an expert on system development to manage the spends and to not get over the budget again

If not sure he should stop because the company spent over the supposed budget

I would scrap the project because its already facing a huge debt and long delay. asking for 60 BD more and a 5 month delay means that the project will a face 200 BD debt and will be more than one year behind schedule which is unacceptable! instead i would use my current budget to update the current system.

Launch an application that enables the costumer to fill in a form online and send it to the bank for review and get a respond. This will work because the employees will be reviewing the reading the forms and will be straight to the point and decided if they deserve the loan or not.

It would take an extra 60.000 over the budget plus the 120.000 already been invested, and by the time he finishes the project will be 15 months behind. after all the money and time there is no guarantee the project will launch and if it did it will be years for it to generate profit. Im not saying

A Decision support system would be ideal because it will help to identify decision making as well as providing information to help in a decision-making process.

Analyze the invested budget with regards to the cost of development and the proposed timeline. 

Investigate where the process stalled and find out whether it’s an incident which can be tolerated and unavoidable or otherwise. 

Check if the process of the development is near completion and worth continuing or is a long way behind and take the appropriate action.
