• End-to-End Attendance:  Block out the full time on your calendar from start to finish.

• Be Stationary:  Make sure you’re participating from a fixed place like your desk or office. Participation from a moving vehicle, while on a walk, etc doesn’t lend to an effective experience at this workshop.

• Full Engagement:  Please have both your video and audio on for the duration of the workshop.
