Penn Dayton Badgley was born on November 1, 1986 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He spent his childhood in the cities of Virginia and Seattle. Penn Badgley began his acting career at Seattle Children's Theatre. He then continued his career with voice-overs on children's radios.
