Day-1 :
we all have read out P2P guidebook. I understood that units of inquiry are collaboratively planned and executed. Program of inquiry are subject specific ,knowledge & concept based. Its also aligned with the scope for learners all the learning attributes.We also had a group discussion on Trans-disciplinary program of inquiry. There are  4 unit  of inquiry. In PYP there 6 units of inquiry but till pre-primary there can be 4 unit of inquiry. The themes are very conceptual and well designed as per students level and learning stage. I also could match IB curriculum with AUSIS practice.

Day-2
We have read out on learning environment and learning community. we should be flexible in physical,social and emotional environment. Student agency we should follow where there should be learners flexibility in VOICE,CHOICE AND ACTION.I also got to know policy should be made by in collaboration with all stakeholders. That should be from Admission,Academic curriculum and child's protection. We all should be aligned with all policies to make better learning community to enhance our students learning strategies.
