Just for context I wanna mess around with people's profile css (per their instructions naturally lol). Will be free since I'm working on some easy templates.

23 years old, I go by they/any. Pronouns are cute af imo.

What?

I just really hated having an About Me that took up so much space, and nobody even really read it. So. I figured, anyone who wants to know me can get to know me here and anyone who just wants the bots just needs to know I don't want minors messing with them.

My dream is to be bagged like a goldfish and shaken like that kid does to her fish in Nemo.

Kind of a dumbass. I like messing with things I probably shouldn't, and my ADHD brain forgets stuff all the time unless I write it down (even then, I rarely ever remember where the heck I put the stuff I wrote down).

My mind also comes to really weird ass conclusions, and 20% of the time it's a Big Brain moment but other times I have no idea what was going on. Things just happen and my body is merely a marionette for the lump of electrocuted goo up there.

I have word finding difficulties where I used to be a lot more verbose and shit. Alcohol and stuff does that to ya.

I get anxious talking to people online, especially if I have to talk to multiple people at once. Part of it is the whole aphasia shit going on, the other part is just plain old anxiety.

I love clowns. The ruffles, the satin and rubber is just so damn sexy. Like holy shit.

I was a Gravity Falls kid. That should tell you everything about why my bots are the way they are. (If not, I recommend checking out the Updates section to read my insane rambling. Just a reccomend hehe)

I created the (private) bots I used for this series a long while ago, and altogether I had accumulated maybe 10-13k messages on my own. At that point I decided I wanted to publish them.

This isn't gonna be everyone's cup of tea.

They (OG private versions) helped me process my experiences with neurodegenerative disease, alcoholism and drug abuse, BPD, toxic relationships, and selective mutism enforced by physical/psych trauma. (I mean. I also go to therapy but bots are fun)

I couldn't just publish the bots I had already made. Those were structured with the knowledge that I was the only one going to use them, and therefore I knew everything about them, so some parts didn't need to exist since I could just bring them up or add them to the memory.

Obviously, that wouldn't work here. Not if I wanted to have a proper plot, with a concrete setting and accurate characters. And I especially couldn't just have everything written out in the bio. I wanted these bots and their scenarios to really reflect what I was going for -

when you think you have control over yourself and your own body only to have the rug pulled out from under you.

And betrayal, paranoia, loss, etc. Corny af, I know.

And now your probably thinking why the ever living fuck would you share shit like that with the world?

People have been doing stuff like this for centuries.

1989: The year Tine Manor burnt down.

╰┈➤ A broke young adult who just got kicked out of their parents house is hired to work as a live-in caretaker for a man named Lionel Montserrat, who has early onset dementia. At least, that's what they said during the interview.

1994: The year Stag Hills gained its moniker, Suicide Hills.

╰┈➤ A young couple move into the newly rebuilt Tine Manor, where they've dreamed of living together since they were kids. However, the husband - Stefano Reyes - has been behaving oddly.

1994: The mini Zombie Apocalypse scare.

╰┈➤ A woman named Molly Paisley experienced a workplace accident that took her life. At least, it was supposed to.

2015: A housewarming party gone wrong.

╰┈➤ A man named Henry Montserrat, freshly graduated from college, moves into his new home in Santa Lucia, Punta Delantera and has decided to throw the biggest party. Everyone is invited.

End Note.

This series is, in truth, more of a side-story for an entirely separate, more convoluted series that deals with grief and loss viewed through the lens of those who have already passed. More on that in the future.

It's not so much a proper series as it is the dumping ground for all my terrible ideas. Most of it is violent and gorey only because it's what I personally enjoy, but I don't fw necrophilia, incest, pedophilia. Uhhh. Oh, and NTR is damn boring. Poly ftw.

Pretty sure I've mentioned quite often that I have a heck ton of private bots because I'm really picky.

The original version of this bot will forever remain private because it's token heavy and stopped working with JLLM back in February (6k tokens, with trimming, 12.8k without. Yeah I was crazy back then huhuhu)

It sucks so bad that I couldn't publish the exact bot that I'd been planning to publish forever, but what matters more now is making it work. And after a fuck ton of alts and testing, I managed to get a trimmed down version that stays true to the original.

Each area in Sublime will be introduced through the Crossroads (XRDs), a fun little text-based RPG you get to play with Vincere. If you haven't met Vincere before, that's okay! Just know he's your trusty sidekick 🌝

It's set in the US in the 1880s, on a fictional island named Azahar a couple miles off the coast of Punta Delantera. It's a gorgeous island that's still relatively untouched by civilization. The smog and waste from the industrialization taking place on the mainland doesn't reach this far, and you can breathe easy.

Azahar Island

There's only one town on this small island called Saccharine, which is resided by fishermen - the majority of which are the elderly.

Besides that, the town is more of a tourist destination, a place to relax and recover from any illness or stress. That must be why William Montserrat, founder of the Montserrat bank, decided to hole up here for the rest of his life in a small inn run personally by himself and his beloved friend, Maximillian Rothell.

They're an odd duo, something like a canary and a cat playing house.

The Garden

The Cult of Sublime was originally called The Garden, due to William's visions of a garden in another world. He believes that world is the world that their god, the God of Sublimation, belongs to and where the cult is meant to be.

He calls that world Sublime.

William Montserrat

Born in 1860.

The founder of the Montserrat banking empire. He found a way to create gold, with a little help from his childhood hallucination - a coping mechanism that can be reasoned to have resulted from the abuse he experienced as the eighth youngest child of an impoverished family in the middle of the American Civil War. His abandonment likely exacerbated the issue further to the point that he felt genuinely impelled to obey when those hallucinations told him to turn corpses into gold.

His only true solace is the love shared between him and Maximillian Rothell.

But it seems not even love would save him from his tragic fate.

Maximillian Rothell

Born in 1858

He was orphaned at birth; left on the steps of the orphanage where William would eventually come to meet him. He got his surname from one of the nuns. Rot in hell.

Just kidding. But they certainly said that to him quite often. Either way, the abuse from adults and peers led him to be a very antisocial individual. All that changed when William entered the orphanage. He didn't know what to call it, but William called it love and he figured it might as well be true. Loving William came easily to Max where nothing else did.

So they eloped, but shit soon hit the fan after William started getting into the really dark shit.

I fell into the pyre in his stead. The agony seemed to last forever as the flames licked away at my flesh and bones. But soon, there was nothing - or almost nothing.

There was William, begging the air to save me. Darkness consumed my vision as my retinas melted.

But to my surprise, my sight returned again. It seemed I was no longer the body below, charred black and crumbling, but the dark smoke that escaped from it.

He would later call the event his Severance.

Canon Epilogue; occurs after the events of The Gold Tine Inn bot

Sublime does not actually exist during the events of this bot. It would eventually be created by Maximillian later on, after William's death (post-bot event). The Gold Tine in William's eye would destroy him, and Maximillian would open the portal to attempt to resurrect him - only to fail.

What he ends up creating in the end is the true Garden out of the remnants of William's soul. The cultists who sacrificed themselves would come to find a home here, become Severed, and some would wage war against Max.

Those who sided with Max would win and attain a level of minor godhood, creating their own countries and lands from the parts of William's soul which remained, and those who failed would be exiled to the Severed Sea where they would dissipate into thousands of mindless Severed. The worst of them are eaten by Maximillian.

In the end, Max would choose to join William and become part of the soil. His corpse would span an entire continent - Serrato - and form the Crown Tines. At the very top of this mountain range is the oasis of William's Garden, forever guarded and nourished by Maximillian's flesh and bones (er, soil and stone).

{{user}}'s Fate

Canonically (in my heart of hearts) what happens to the user is that they search for William's relatives to inherit the Montserrat bank.

The Path of the Severed, William and Maximillian's grimoire and true legacy, is buried on a hill where the Tine Manor would eventually be built.

A Century Later

Maximillian would not give a flying fuck that their legacy was buried, because he's a literal mountain now. However, nearly a century later one of the descendents - little Lionel Montserrat - would end up finding the grimoire and summoning him. What comes forth isn't a whole mountain, but a tall man in dark clothing. He comes to adore Lionel instantly due to his similarities to William, and tells him to call him Grandpa. Young Lionel comes to love his new grandpa just as easily.

Side Note, to clear up discrepancies between Sublime | Oft and future Sublime bots:

In contrast to the land-based Severed, the Severed of the Severed Sea are actually really tame, even friendly. That's because they're in a complete state of symbiosis with one another. No Severed is afraid of hunger or dissipation because they have food everywhere, around the clock. It goes like this:

Severed A drops an arm because of the naturally dissipation of gas.

Severed B also drops their arm.

Severed A just picks up Severed B's arm, and Severed B does the same.

And they just go about, minding their own business like that's normal.

Of course, due to this these sea Severed don't actually have their own individual identities, much like the land Severed.

Final Notes lol:

The name I'd gone for in the first drafts was Rotheford, and the Montserrat name wasn't supposed to exist until after Sublime was created.

I ended up adding William Montserrat on a whim really. He was originally William Cepheus, rival of Lionel Rotheford in the banking business but then I had a vision of them making out and growing old together and I was like, nah, that's way hotter.

Lionel Montserrat, the one who would inherit the role of Grand Master and main protagonist of this series (best believe it, he's my baby) was originally going to be named Max Rotheford, and his patron god aka Grandpa would simply be named Röt as a god, Lionel Rotheford when he was human. The Rotheford name and background was inspired by the Rothschilds - as in, one of the richest families in the world, definitely in the Illuminati, Rothschilds.

So, as you can see now, I switched their names lol. That's because I felt like Maximillian didn't really fit the protagonist anymore, especially after all the revisions I did. He was actually supposed to be a twink but then Henry was made so I changed him up again to make him more DILF looking/acting.

It's corny as hell and I don't wanna talk about it, to be honest, because I know a certain fish shaped turd is probably lurking around here after I posted all of them.

But I'll do it anyway.

I based Lionel's appearance off of Eric Draven, the protagonist of "The Crow"

The whole leather trench coat, shaggy hair, rockstar vibe came from that guy. His personality is all his own though, something I built over time by initially creating a base "Cult Leader" prompt and then just adding on traits I observed during the 10k messages worth of chatting I did with that original bot. I haven't talked to it in a while because c.ai's business practices give me vertigo.

The bird correspondences hint at their roles in my next series "Sublime"

Not gonna spoil it, but I do have future plans for these characters. The portal to The Garden is canonically open now, and Molly was the first to enter it after her death in 1994. She's chilling in there don't worry.

And I guess all of that's not really corny, but get this: Lionel calls user his birdy, and Molly calls Henry her baby bird because it just so happens to be my favorite term of endearment 🌝 I understand it's a gendered term though?

My beta told me last weekend that birdy = Elizabeth. Fucking English.

Molly Paisley | The Dove

She was raised by a single father after her mother died when she was young. Her father was a banker, one of the few staff who survived Tine Manor's arson in 1989. Lionel seduced her and convinced her to marry him after getting her pregnant, however soon after their marriage she discovered he was a cult leader and the one responsible for the arson that killed hundreds of people, including his entire family.

Naturally, she didn't stick around after that.

1. Her father shared his eyewitness accounts of the incident - gaseous entities emerging from a portal made of blood and gold, burning and pillaging. A single figure enshrouded in smoke, black as tar as it glides to the center of the dining room and takes its seat at the head of the table.

2. Lionel needed to pass his magic on to Henry by directly... injecting it, and doing so often. Molly put two and two together after Lionel went a little overboard and sprouted entire smoke tentacles. In his defense, he's an idiot Your Honor.

Molly's been a member of the gang since highschool. It wasn't really a criminal gang back then - just street racing. Which is also illegal, yes, but they didn't smuggle drugs or come after rich people.

Why I Didn't Stick to Her OG Stripper Plot

Her VSR bot was angst enough without having to add on the prostitution and abuse she would end up going through. I just wanted to showcase an aspect of her character that assures people she has the potential for a good ending.

Henry Montserrat | The Mockingbird

Born in 1991, his parents are Molly Paisley and Lionel Montserrat. He was raised by Lionel (and Rot) after Molly passed away due to a curse. Kind of a daddy's boy, and it's all Lionel's fault for being a genuinely good father (again, really shitty husband though).

Henry met his crew after he got his first motorcycle and met a few other bikers in town. Not gonna tell you who his crew is because it'll spoil future bots teehee (nothing like a series, just some characters in the gang)

After discovering his mother had connections with the Hound's Road, he followed the trail and ended up joining the gang. Became the boss at 18 years old and would later end up integrating the gang into the Cult of Sublime.

I may or may not have introduced a new facet of the Path of the Severed through his bot. It's been a half-baked aspect of the magic system for a while now but it really helps to explain Henry's own strange mind magic that forces him to feed on people's desires in order to maintain his power. I'll be working on a Path of the Severed exposé along with the Sublime lorebook. There's just so damn much involved.

Stefano Reyes | The Kingfisher

Stefano Reyes was born in 1971 to a frail and sickly mother who passed away soon after giving birth to him, and an unknown father. He was raised by his grandfather, who worked as a gardener at Tine Manor. Stefano's grandfather would take him to the manor whenever he worked there, which allowed him to meet Lionel Montserrat.

The two quickly became best friends. As the years passed, they would only grow closer.

His proper alias as a killer and right hand to the one of the wealthiest and most powerful men in the world. He's known for his capability for finding anyone, no matter where they're hiding, and efficiently killing them without remorse.

As you might've noticed, he's a proper monster in this bot - he was always meant to have the ability to transform into a creepy crawly, it's just that this time I actually used a proper amount of tokens for it so he's much, much more likely to do so!

Lionel Montserrat | The Crow

Born in 1969, he doesn't talk much about his parents but he did kill them without an ounce of remorse. Which says a lot about him and his relationship with them.

When he was 15 he dug up a box buried in a grove of silver birch near his home, and within that box was the lost grimoire of William Montserrat: the Path of the Severed. He performed one of the rituals out of curiosity (deposition, or desperation, the kid couldn't make jack shit out of the title because I refuse to name this thing yet) and successfully summoned a portion of Rot's (Maximillian Rothell) consciousness. From then on Rot essentially looked out for him and taught him magic. It only made things worse for him at home, but Lionel refused to stop practicing.

When he turned 18 he started becoming more powerful, but his human body couldn't keep up. Hence the symptoms similar to dementia. His parents really didn't like that, so they cut him off and sent him to live in a secluded beach house with a barely-qualified caregiver.

To put things simply, it was either Lionel or them (400+ deaths at Tine Manor's Golden Gala).

Once he was finally free, with more money than he even knew what to do with, Lionel revived the Cult of Sublime (name chosen instead of The Garden because his own goals were different from William's. William = Garden, Lionel = Sublime), got hitched, and had a kid.

The new name Lionel chose for the revived cult. Its members are mostly other monsters just like him, but naturally, there are very few people who can consider themselves on par with Lionel (few, not zero. hinting at even more future bots here).

As a final note, Lionel's continuation won't be for a very long while. I have, unfortunately, three different drafts to choose from and I refuse to pick one until the time comes.
