The health care services are actually free; however, not at all, given that each person pays taxes, it's kind of an insurance plan. 

On the other hand, I think that the health care services should not be totally free nor private, chiefly, ¿how will doctors earn money? they're employees as well, for so they must be paid.

Nevertheless there's a lot of people who have got no enough money to pay taxes, even though, there are organisms that are capable to pay all services that people with low economic resources cannot.

Peru has a long history in disseases since the 80s and 90s, that was the result of all the matters that were happening in that moment, from hyperinflation to terrorism.

When we talk about healthcare services, we will realize that there are two "opposit" groups, private groups and public groups. In the other hand, in our current situation we cant turn the private into public, on the grounds that it could directly influence on the goberment, because they have taxes to pay and even most important is that are independent, so we cant infringe these rules. Additionally, public healthcare is ineffective an many negligences occurs, this is why when people have the opportunity they join private groups.
