         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Many issues have emerged in the time of the development of technology including the addiction to social media for people even though we all use it differently from others. The issue of social media addiction is very important because of the ease of internet availability and long-term stay in use. I decided to write about this issue so that I have now seen generations of children and young adults who seem to spend most of their time on social media and they can’t stay away or give it up until few minutes which led to a negative impact. Many different reasons cause the issue First ,is the development of technology proof tha production of phone and smartphones ease of carrying these devices and transfer.Secondly, diverse programs are used&nbsp; easily also are free for everyone like Instagram,Snapchat and Facebook.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>While many people staying on social media for long hours, social media will affect negatively their lives. It’s will impact people and they will become a social media addiction. Adults and children will suffer from this problem if they have no control on their use of it. The overuse of social media causes a lot of damage on health, social, and psychological. First effect: lack of focus, addiction causes stress and lack of sleep which effects on the ability to concentrate and develop weakness in attention. The second effect: social isolation, many people lose real social communication and lack of meeting others. A third effect: depression, social media users are more likely to suffer from depression and they will suffer from anxiety, aggression, isolation from others. Also, that addiction affects society, it increases electronic bullying, breach of privacy, spread rumors, and limit direct communication. In conclusion, it’s important to spread awareness of the harm of social media addiction, and its impact not only on the individual but on society as a whole.</em></strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong><em>Aseel Nasser Alajmi&nbsp;</em></strong></div><div><strong><em>ID ; 59913&nbsp;</em></strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Moreover, overusing or addiction to social media can cause a dopamine response in the brain, similar to that generated by drug or alcohol addiction. That reaction can make you crave more and make you feel committed. Restricted internet use is the best psychological strategy. This is not necessary to completely abandon social media, but it is crucial to develop tactics for setting boundaries. Whether it's for a few hours or even a week, set a goal for yourself to do so without browsing social media for a particular amount of time. Turning off alerts will create a significant obstacle in the direction of most people mindless checking of social media. people will not spend more time on social media if they don't see one of the social media indicator or notification every time, they pick up their device. and when doing it, people may realize that they have a lot more free time that they're attempting to limit their social media platforms usage, to fill that emptiness, picking up a new activity to occupy the free time is a great thing people may acquire a new profession or do something they've always wished to do but couldn't because they didn't have the time.</em></strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong><em>Dalal S S Abdulsalam&nbsp;</em></strong></div><div><strong><em>ID ; 58231</em></strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>There are many features and benefits of Social media, but this does not mean that we are addicted to it. Social media addiction is a huge problem that is almost a disaster to watch out for.&nbsp; In a personal experience, my sister is facing this problem. Because she believes that online communication is better than real communication. at first, she started moving away from her real life, friends, and family. and the effect on her personality and the hideously way that she communicates with those around her began to appear. she became very lonely and introverted. This problem persisted for no more than 8 months.&nbsp; she was affected by this problem in all respects.&nbsp; after all, she woke up from what she was and began to fix her mistakes. so, she started meeting her friends again rather than talking to them on social media. also, she engages in real life and leaves the old life.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>We chose this topic because so many people suffer from social media addiction, which is an important issue nowadays. There are many solutions to the issue of social media addiction, First, Determining when to use social media programs, Secondly, monitoring the parents of their children Third, making an awareness campaign about the harms resulting from addiction to social media. Also building education centers for all ages to practice useful activities such as sports and painting. The best solution is to create and implement a business plan. The business plan goes through two phases. The first stage leaves the devices for no more than one to two hours. During this time, focus on doing homework, reading books, and watching TV. The second stage is to leave the devices for a long period of not less than 7 hours and try to communicate with friends and meet them or study. Thus reducing social media addiction. Until I finish his addiction. Finally, the action plan may reduce it and end it by implementing it and sticking to it, and not getting addicted to it again. Social media addiction is a risk to watch.</em></strong></div>]]></description>
