* Movement is basically the study of human trade, a practice that has shaped human civilization and cultures since the time the first Homo Sapiens emerged or you could just call it "Change". 

*The trash guys that get your trash from the curb every Tuesday or Wednesday represent movement because they are picking up the trash and moving it to . better location where the rest of it is. 

*Movement isn't just about people moving from one place to another, they can be about careers, family travels, escape war or religious persecution, etc. 

*One example of movement could be Pioneers, heading West on the Oregon Trail in hopes of finding cheap, fertile land in Oregon.  

*Geographers also study how products and resources are transported from one religion or place to another. This could include manufactured products, crops, and oil.

*There are 3 parts to the Human-Environment Interaction. 
- Modify 
- Depend 
- Adapt 

* Humans have modified parts of the world to make it a lot easier & more comfortable for us to live in, may that be things like constructing highways connecting us all together, or creating airplanes and such. 
*People depend on clean air, water, plants, food, fuel, clothing and shelter. Human culture has also modified the natural environment. 
*Humans need to adapt to many things. We may adapt to constraints once placed by the natural environment, as technology expands. Or we adapt to certain weather circumstances depending on where we live.

-There are two different types of location.
 *Relative. 
 *Absolute.

_A relative location is the position of something relative to another landmark. For example, you might say you're 50 miles west of Houston. 

-An absolute location describes a fixed position that never changes, regardless of your current location and It is identified by specific coordinates. For example, The White House is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Washington D.C 20500.
