Split screen is your connection best friend. I have my excel sheet (with a highlighting macro) with my students information in one grid, then comm core in another. For texting I go down the list and send a generic text to each of the students then immediately add it in TVA. For calling I have comm core on my second screen and TVS and my sheet on my big screen. I call and put it in my contact sheet then immediately in TVS.
