         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Change the equation into slope-intercept form.<br><br>2) Identify the y-intercept, and plot it on the y axis.&nbsp;<br><br>3) If the inequality sign is &lt;_ , or &gt;_ (bigger/less than or equal to), than the line is solid but if it's just &lt;,&gt; then the line is dashed.&nbsp;<br><br>4) Test a point that is not on the line to see what&nbsp;side of the graph to shade.
