North Korea fallow three forms of government. This consists of communism, dictatorship, and fascism. North Korea has one leader, Kim Jong Un. All the power goes to Kim Jong Un and rules it with an iron fist. Kim Jong Un has anyone that questions the state, put into work camps and killed. It is also based on the three forms of gov it has. North Koreans are not allowed to leave the country, if they try to leave they will be shot on sight or sent to a work camp. They also cant travel the country without a permit. North Koreans don't have freedom of speech. The gov does this so they're able to have more control over the county. Anyone that questions the state they and their entire family and future generations will be sent to work camps. North Koreans are forced to show complete dedication to North Korea, if they don't they will be shot on sight. One of the ways the use fear is work camps. Their Gov uses these as a constant fear to North Koreans so they don't get out of line. The work camps are cruel, they starve and over work the prisoners and execute by firing squads. If any one doesn't fallow the rules that person and their entire family and future generations are sent there. Entire families try to survive as they wonder why they where even sent there in the first place. They also use military power to scare other countries. Founded by Kim il-sung in June 30 1949, it is a communist/Fascist party with one ruler. The WPK controls everything in North Korea with a iron fist. The WPK has had 3 rulers Kim Il-sung, his son Kim Jong il, and his grandson the current leader Kim Jong un. Any one who is the leader of the WPK controls the whole system. Every one must obey the rules of the WPK or there will be consequences. The SPA sense the 1986 election has 687 members. The SPA meets at the Mansudae Assembly Hall in Poyng Yang. The point of the SPA is to hold elections and hold political meetings. Anyone over the age of 17 in North Korea are eligible to be elected into legislature and vote in elections. When Kim Il Sung was in power the SPA had a meeting three months before his death. When Kim Il Sung died in 1994 they didn't have another meeting until 1998 when Kim Jong -Un came into power.
