FYI, I was going to suggest this for the elementary  start level: 
- languages: starting with scratch, python 
- keeping it fun for kids with game like instances including Minecraft has some great coding skills
- perhaps introduction to databases 
- strategy: where computer science is going and career paths including upcoming and newer areas such as digitization and automation, robotics, AI, ML, etc. 
- there are several engaging websites/tools available catered for an end to end kids curriculum that can be customized
