I have loved having the opportunity to work alongside you as an instructional coach. You are such a wealth of knowledge, and you also are the best example of what it looks like to continue as a learner. You have supported me in so many ways throughout the coaching process, and I have truly appreciated all of the resources that you have created and shared with us. I always left our conversations with an idea of something I wanted to try with teachers, either in their classrooms or as a coaching support.

While I will miss getting to see you, Valley Crossing is so incredibly lucky to have you back on their team and I hope that we have opportunities to continue to connect and collaborate.

Together, we've been able to challenge ourselves, push boundaries, and, most importantly, become better together. Your commitment to working as a team, to listening and learning, and to growing alongside others is something that I deeply admire. I have really enjoyed being a coach alongside you these past two years. You have so many qualities I admire: lifelong learner, positive regard of others, and especially your quiet strength. Like a rock in a river, you do not allow tumultuous waters to carry you along; rather, you stay true to yourself and allow each experience to gently shape you. I have such respect for you, your perspective, and the work you have done. I've loved hearing about your ideas and initiatives at your schools. It's been amazing watching you grow as a coach and learning from you as well. You always look at the big picture and if something doesn't add up, you ask, "What am I missing?" rather than assuming something is wrong. Thanks for all the advice and friendship.
