The reason for applying for a time of is because I the last time I could not concentrate on my work and I had some personal problems.  This affected my abilities to think properly. After this break I promise I will be much better.

This will help me because I will not be stressed anymore and I could work at my maximum capacities. This will be an advantage  for the company, having me back in my powers.

When I finished the course, my communication skill will be improved, so if the customer has any complaint about our service, I can claim the customers right away and persuade the customers to solve this problem in a way that does not need to use any resources of the company. Finally, resource use in solving costumers problems will decrease.

As I work in Customer Service as a receptionist, my duties are: attend the clients who come to the hospital, answer the phone calls, set the medical appointments of the patients (either in person or on the phone), save each patient's information on the computer and send the doctors their work schedule every day.

The reason I am applying for time off is because I want to do an administration course. This course is two months long and it lasts from 9 am to 5 pm, just like my work schedule in the hospital. Also, in the last 2 weeks of the course, there will be final exams and I will have to study a lot and from home.
- Please explain how taking time off will help you and the company:
I think that if I do the administration course, it will help me and the hospital a lot. It will help me because my administrative skills will greatly improve. And it will help the hospital because, as I will be working there, I will be able to work harder and better because of my new skills recieved. That will give the hospital a lot of benefit.

Cashier

My work involves  in,

Helping customers register online and process their orders, following instructions, Working as part of a team and assisting with placement of orders. I also  support customers by providing helpful information.  

I would like to let you know  of my decision to take a pause on my position as a cashier. The reason being i would love to pursue what I always wanted, which is a Fashion crash course. I think I’ll need a minimum of four weeks. 

Taking time off will help me rejuvenate and be better than before, with the new found knowledge. I am sure I’ll be ready to take a step towards a more senior role in our company.

Lead them if they need something from shop on the other hand retailing.In addition conveying messages and giving the prescriptions list of patients to the pharmacist. Checking the delivery, making sure if it as same as mention on invoice and organising the stock at right place. 

It will help me because I can get head on the exam am taking and would not get stressed on work.

 It will help the company because after this is finished, I give them my whole attention, and support.

I work in a supermarket as a customer assistant. My job is answering customers enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department. Also, I meet great people and learn new things. Other than that, I must make sure that the customers experience is a positive one, the job can change from day to day and it provides good opportunities for making friends as there are numbers of customers service assistants working together. I also make sure if a customer broke something that someone cleans it before someone gets hurt.

The reason for applying time off is learn how to manage my time and I will be taking a course for that. The course starts and from 12 till 3, afternoon I will be finishing this course in 2 weeks 

I work at Pizza Hut and I am standing at front that is the most important job. I greet the clients and take their order face to face but as well on the phone I do both of them. If I take their order I put it in the system, so the kitchen will get a melding with the order so if I make a mistake the kitchen will make a mistake and so will be everything messed up. Of course when it's not busy I need to make boxes that's why they are in the front so I can keep an eye on if someone comes for take away or if a dilevery guy comes. The hardest part of this job is that I have to be friendly I am a nice person but some clients are kinda rude. 

The reason why I want a time off is because it's to much pressure for me. I am doing a great job but recently I figured out I can't do the course that I wanted to do:(. I need a time-off like for 1/2 months just to figure out want I am going to do with my life I know it sounds a little bit lame but I really need to figure out what my next step will be.

 If you will give me the opportunity, to get a pause it will be good for me and for you. Aren't you curious to see how it will be with out me. Maybe with out me business will go faster or slower this would be an interesting idea to see how big or less influence I have on the company. And for me this will give me some rest and maybe I will figure out what the do with my future job! :)
