But from what I have learned from the presentation of the different management style, I believe that a democratic style of managing the employees would work best. But, there are a lot of conflict that we can experience while working in a team, an example is when working in BBA 1 or even working in a group project in BBA 3 and 4. Most often, the conflicts I experienced are caused by the poor communication skills. Because of the lack of communication within team members, there are several things that can be missed or done incorrectly, thus decreasing the productivity of the team in general. I would like to learn more about the organisation rules but at the same time I think that working in a privately owned hotel where there is more flexibility is interesting. Other than that, I would like to work for a hotel in which I feel welcomed at and actually have the potential to grow and learn.

I think the most important part of any hotel brand is their mission, vision and values. I believe that any hotel that strives to keep working toward their values that have been put in place since the beginning of the establishment is the most important thing.

I can say from my experience working in the service team in BBA 1 that there are both negative and positive conflicts. Positive conflicts could be that the both of the person are in conflict for the better as both have ideas that are great but stand for their own ideas, and eventually the solution was that we do a compromise of both ideas so that both opinions are heard. I think that this has even brought us closer together. As for negative conflict, it could be that one of us was actually not doing so well during one of the practical, slacking off and passing the job unto the rest of us, that makes us frustrated and mad at the person.
