Also dress properly and recognize any symptoms. <br><br>If you feel like you have frostbite, get warmer and don't move too much.          <description><![CDATA[<div>After taking the post test discuss how much you feel you have retained the information from the  course and how your learning experience has impacted how you have retained the information.<br><br>The first test, some questions I left blank and didn’t know the answer. And the test I took on the day of the final, I answered all the questions and believe that it is much better. The way the class was structured like the active notes, and the labs have helped me learn and retain the information.</div>]]></description>
