Early life:
Rajesh attended St. Paul Higher Secondary School, Indore before completing a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration at the Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore, affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. Agrawal left Indore to work in Chandigarh at the age of 22 to work for 5,000 Indian rupees per month.

He felt like he couldn't use his skills, so he tried tried one's luck, and set out for the UK.
This was a big contrast for a man who had never flown before, and had spend most of his life in the slum of India looking for greener pastures.

He came to London in 2001, set up Rational FX in 2005, growing a two-member unit initially working from a small office in Brighton into a multi-million pound business based in London, with branches in Birmingham, France and Spain.
A true Londoner, besides integrity, hard work and determination, he attributes much of his success to the openness of Britain – especially the opportunities available here.

Founded in 2005 by Rajesh agrawal and Paresh Davdra.
History of the Company
- It started out as a small office in brighton providing foreign exchange and wire trasnfer services.
- During RationalFX first year it launched the UK’s first online Currency Exchange system for private individuals at realtime prices.
- By 2015 they had a massive 1.3 billion pound turnover.

Xendpay

In september of 2011 RationalFX launched their new online money transfer platform. Since he came from nothing, with a high education. He always had the drive and the motivation to succeed.
He only needed a fundament were upon he could build his dream.
Compared to other immigrants Rajesh Agrawal had an education, while others come with none.
This absolutely gave him an advantage.
