         <description><![CDATA[<p>Compared to many other plant-based beverages like almond and coconut milk, oat milk and soy milk have higher protein content. But compared to oat milk of the same volume, soy milk has more than twice as much protein. When it comes to carbohydrates, oat milk has a lot more than other plant-based milks, like soy. This is&nbsp;because whole oats, a plentiful source of carbohydrates, are used to make oat milk.</p>]]></description>
