I mean, every profession needs it, in our case we are handling knowledge, we are are working with different kind of minds, ways to think and we have to manage those things very carefully.
 However, passion and love are not enough to work as teachers, think that everything is beautiful if you love what you do is negate the bad things that do exist and they are valid. As a teacher, in this case, I can love my profession, I can have passion, but I am a human being and it is my right to feel stress no matter how I love my career, is normal and it is okay being tired, on the other hand there are factor that affect passion and love, a bad payment for example, don't have support by principals. As a individuals, we need to work with ethics, no the typical rules, it is a compromise with ourselves, being respectful because people (co- workers and student) have the right to be treated like that, working on our personal problems and not to take to the school, don't take things personal and really be empathic. It is easy to say that and read about it or even have a course about it, but really do it it is different. There are many steps to be a good or perfect teacher, but we are not perfect people.
